James leads the finance team of the Centre and responsible for financial planning, financial control, and financial reporting. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, public financial management, risk management, procurement, strategic planning, etc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from KAIST College of Business in South Korea.

He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a Member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC). In addition to his extensive academic and professional qualifications, James has also passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
