Naa Lamle Orleans-Lindsay is the Head of the Legal Division and Board Secretary of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. She has over 18 years of domestic and international legal experience with an LLB from the University of Ghana and an LLM from the Harvard Law School (USA). She is licensed to practice in Ghana and State of New York. She is responsible for providing legal advice and support on investment matters to GIPC management and staff, GIPC’s stakeholders as well as to current and prospective investors.

 

Naa Lamle currently leads Ghana’s team responsible for negotiating Bilateral Investment Treaties and has led negotiations with countries including Japan, Qatar, Mauritius, Canada, Turkey, Czech Republic, Morocco and South Korea. She has also been a speaker at several local and international forums on international investment law and policy. Naa Lamle is currently involved in key projects aimed at supporting the reform of Ghana’s major investment legislation and improving the ease of doing business in the country.
