During a courtesy call on Mr. Madjie on February 19, 2025, H.E. Mr. Madjie echoed her sentiments, noting that Ghana and Morocco have numerous untapped investment opportunities, particularly with the advent of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). He also underscored the long-standing collaboration between the two countries in education and stressed the need to expand their partnership into other sectors. He reaffirmed that GIPC, and Ghana as a whole, is ready to enhance bilateral relations, especially with the leadership of H.E. John Dramani Mahama.
The discussion concluded with Ambassador Ouaadil arranging a meeting between the GIPC and a delegation of Moroccan investors eager to do business in Ghana. She emphasized the group’s readiness to invest and their need for the Centre’s guidance in navigating the local investment landscape.
Mr. Madjie assured her of GIPC’s full commitment to facilitating a smooth integration of the Moroccan investors into Ghana’s business environment.
