Victoria Cobbah joined the Centre in 2013 as a Senior Investment Promotion Officer at the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)’s Secretariat. In addition to supporting the functions of the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer, she has performed various team lead roles and coordinated several investment promotion activities during this period.
Prior to her employment at the GIPC she had worked as a Programme Officer with the Norwegian Embassy in Accra, on development projects in Ghana and Liberia. She also worked with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) at the Canadian High Commission in Ghana for over 8years.
Victoria is adept at client service, budgeting, project management and business development. She has over twenty years’ working experience in different settings; the Public and Private Sectors, United Nations (World Health Organisation), a Non-Governmental Organisation and Diplomatic missions.
She has an Executive Masters’ in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Services Management with the Institute of Financial Services, U.K. and a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics and Sociology at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
