Marina Lamptey is currently the Head of Diaspora Relations at the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). As the first person to hold the position, she oversees the coordination and provision of information to the diaspora community about investment opportunities in Ghana.

Marina holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana, an MA in International Relations from Brunel University, London, and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University in Bristol.

She also holds a diploma in Migration Management from Maastricht University and several training programs including a Leadership and Principles Program with Harvard Business School, an Oxford Executive Strategy

Program with the Said Business School, the University of Oxford, and a training in Negotiation with the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Marina is also very passionate about women and girls’ rights and hopes to empower them to be the best version of themselves through her “Lean in Circle” initiative.

Marina is a strong diplomacy advocate with a keen interest in international human rights, trade, and investments. She enjoys using her skills to promote, attract and link the diaspora community to investment opportunities in Ghana.
