With over 15-years industry experience in varied communication and business development fields, Charles stands as an expert within the area of public relations, strategy, integrated marketing communications, branding, event management, investment promotion and project management.

He has a very broad understanding of the Ghanaian and African business environment, as well as a great appreciation of the global business and communications landscape.

As Head of GIPC’s Public Relations & Communications Division, Charles is responsible for planning and executing all activities related to external and internal communication including media relations, traditional & digital marketing communication, sponsorships & fund-raising, content production and management, investment promotion, and development of marketing collaterals.

In addition to this, he establishes and manages optimal relationships with all external and internal stakeholders, being responsible for the Centre’s reputation, and its crisis communication management.

Charles also leads the generation of investment leads and outcomes tracking, in coordination with the Corporate Affairs, Investor Service, and Research and Business Development Divisions.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Central University College in Ghana, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana, a Certificate in International Trade and Investment from the Hebei University of Business and Economics in China as well as a Certificate in Project Management from Cambridge Centre of Excellence (Project Management Authorized Institute).
