In enhancing a conducive business environment, the Government of Ghana is constantly reviewing Utility tariffs to ensure the provision of efficient and cost competitive utility rates for businesses that choose to operate in Ghana.
In order to build a credible and sustainable utility regulatory regime that protects the Stakeholders’ interest, the Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PuRC) was set up as a multi-sectorial regulator by Government of Ghana to regulate the provision of utility services in the electricity and water sectors.
The telecommunication tariffs on the other hand is being regulated by the National Communication Authority (NCA)
