Mr Yaw Amoateng Afriyie is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC). As DCEO of GIPC, he assists with the Centre’s strategic direction and business development objectives, among other core mandates.
Edward B. Ashong- Lartey

Edward has over 30 years’ experience in investment promotion and facilitation. He has planned and executed several inbound and outbound investment promotion missions and handled large scale investment projects classified as Strategic Investment projects.

Dr. George Asafo-Agyei has over 17 years’ experience in business development consultancy, investment promotion and facilitation as well as monitoring and evaluation over the period. He has held various senior positions in investment promotion, he oversaw the financial services and telecommunications sectors as well as overseeing the activities of the regional offices.
Naa Lamle Orleans-Lindsay
Head, Legal & Board Secretary
Naa Lamle Orleans-Lindsay has over 18 years of domestic and international legal experience with an LLB from the University of Ghana and an LLM from the Harvard Law School (USA).
Afua Ntiriwa Tekyi-Mills
Head, Corporate Affairs
Afua Tekyi-Mills has over 13 years of experience in the areas of marketing, communications and event management. Her experience has been key to the success of several high level local and international engagements for the GIPC.
Enyonam Agbeko
Head, Human Resource and Administration
Ms Agbeko joined the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre in June 2014 as the Head of Human Resource and Administration. She has a career spanning fifteen (15) years in Human Resource Management and Administration.
James Dawson Amoah
Head, Finance
James joined the GIPC in 2007 as an Investment Officer and has risen through the ranks to his current position as Head of Finance. He is responsible for Centre’s financial planning, reporting and control.
Gideon Baffoe
Head, Management Information System (MIS)
Gideon Baffoe oversees the Management Information System (MIS) Department. He has over ten years of professional IT and consulting experience. He has previously handled day-to-day tactical management of IT services working with both private and government institutions.
Jessie Addico

Jessie Addico- is currently the Head of Internal Audit. She has over 12 years’ experience in the private sector, having held position in Finance and Treasury, Internal Controls, SOX and Internal Auditing.

Charles is an exceptional marketing, communications and business development professional with over 12 years’ industry experience in public relations, strategy, integrated marketing communications, branding, event management, investment promotion and project management.
Eugenia Okyere

Eugenia is currently the Head of Research at Ghana’s lead Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) – the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), leading the Research & Business Development Team.
Marina Odarley Lamptey

Marina Bansa is the Head of the Diaspora Investment Desk at the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre. She is a strong diplomacy advocate with a keen interest in international human rights, trade and investments.
Victoria Cobbah
Head, Aftercare
Victoria Cobbah joined the Centre in 2013 as a Senior Investment Promotion Officer at the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)’s Secretariat. In addition to supporting the functions of the CEO and the Chief Operating Officer, she has performed various team lead roles and coordinated several investment promotion activities during this period.
