Charles Opoku Mensah leads the Aftercare and Investor Grievance division, bringing over 18 years of industry experience in communications and business development. He is an expert in public relations, strategy, integrated marketing communications, branding, event management, investment promotion, and project management.

With a good understanding of the Ghanaian, African, and global business and communications landscapes, Charles is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to drive business reinvestments. He also collaborates with other institutions to address challenges faced by both local and foreign investors in the country.

Charles holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Central University College, Ghana, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Certificate in International Trade and Investment from Hebei University of Business and Economics, China, and a Certificate in Project Management from Cambridge Centre of Excellence.
