Eugenia Okyere
Eugenia Okyere leads the Research & International Cooperation Division at the Centre. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the Centre’s performance and policies regarding Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). Her work involves research, investment targeting, and facilitation services, all aimed at implementing top investment promotion practices.
She’s instrumental in conducting research for policy advocacy and producing Ghana’s FDI inflow reports. Eugenia also serves as the GIPC’s focal person for external relations with donor partners. In this capacity, she has contributed to the development and rollout of the GIPC’s corporate strategy, ensuring efficient systems and tools are in place, and building team capacity.
A Certified Project Management Professional and a Chevening Scholarship recipient, Eugenia holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from the Maastricht School of Management, a Master’s in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana.
