Frances is a highly focused individual with varied professional experiences. Independent, and opened minded as well as a dependable team player.

She holds an MA in Accounting and Finance from the Kingston University, United Kingdom (UK).She is a Chartered Company Secretary and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), UK.

Frances has successfully pursued her career with Q8 Aviation Woking, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) UK, Office of Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM) UK and London Fire Brigade, before joining the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) as Principal Investment Promotion Officer in January 2010. She has since served the Centre in various roles and on different committees until her current role as Head of Tracking.

Frances is an excellent communicator across all levels of the organization and an effective leader.
