Victoria A. Cobbah serves as the Head of the Regional & Global Operations Division. She brings over 25 years of extensive experience across diverse sectors, including multilateral, governmental, private, and non-governmental organizations.

Her career spans numerous roles from administration to project coordination and management, customer/client service, and business development. Victoria has also actively contributed to several voluntary projects, including those with NGOs.

Victoria’s academic qualifications include an Executive Master of Business Administration from GIMPA in Accra, Ghana, a Diploma in Financial Services Management from the Institute of Financial Services (Chartered Institute of Bankers) in Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana. Victoria has also completed several professional training courses, notably earning her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
